Brand new 2025: RenkyShad as V-Tail (VTL) version.
Specially developed for vertical, pelagic and casting fishing, the RenkyShad VTL scores with a voluminous body that tapers to a point – for quick sinking and at the same time for better visibility on the depth sounder.
The XL V-Tail creates a seductive fluttering action even with the slightest rod tug. The lure moves extremely naturally both during the upstroke and downstroke phases – ideal for elusive predators in heavily fished waters, where its unique action often makes all the difference.
For added excitement, the tail can be cut and fished as a double pintail. Four side fins ensure stability during any maneuver – without unwanted tipping or over-twisting.
The proven Renky shape with realistic 3D eyes, hand-sprayed UV colors, and the soft, robust PikeGum material remain. The VTL reliably adheres to various rigs and is easily sucked in by predators, thus extending the duration of the bite.
Optimally fished with a vertical rig (e.g., back hook), a jig head, or even shallow on a shallow rig (e.g., twitching in shallow water). Perfect for large open-water predators. Available in eight original FishingGhost colors – each in a set of two.
